Healthy Concerns, Indeed

I've been enjoying the Healthy Concerns blog, which focuses on health-insurance issues but covers a wide range of health topics.

The recent account of "Polite Tenacious Mom," taking on the medical/insurance complex prior to her kids' surgery, hit very close to home. The postscript to the story had one final, zany, all-too-believable detail that epitomizes my wary attitude toward insurance recordkeeping.
