US Chickenpox Vaccine Working Wonders

Since the introduction of a chickenpox vaccine in 1995, hospitalizations for chickenpox have fallen by 88%. Looks like the "chickenpox party" -- in which parents would have their kids visit a sick friend, to make sure they all got the virus at the same time -- are a thing of the past.

And thankfully, if you don't get chicken pox, you won't ever suffer from shingles.
